Refund Policy
Your purchase of TrackMyFone is regulated by this policy. Please read the entire policy carefully before purchasing TrackMyFone as it governs your rights with regards to the purchase, including essential restrictions and exclusions. By purchasing TrackMyFone, you agree to this policy.
General Refund Conditions
If you are not satisfied with TrackMyFone within 10 days from the date of your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Your refund is subject to the Refund Policy given below. You will not be eligible for a refund after 10 days of purchase.
The refund only applies to the first TrackMyFone subscription, and your payment may only be refunded once. If you purchase another subscription later on, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
However, we would strongly recommend that you contact the Customer Support if you are not happy with TrackMyFone. We will assist you fully in resolving any issues you have for a better monitoring experience.
Please note that subscription renewals and extensions are non-refundable.
Conditions for Partial Refund
The customer must meet the following conditions for a partial refund, given that the request is made within 10 days or purchase:
- If a customer purchases TrackMyFone but finds that the device is not compatible, or has an operating system different to, or not mentioned on our website, then a 60% refund on their original purchase shall be processed.
- If a customer is unable or unwilling to Jailbreak the iOS device they wish to monitor, then a 70% refund on their original purchase shall be processed.
- If a customer is unable or unwilling to root the Android device to obtain the full monitoring experience, then a 70% refund on their original purchase shall be processed.
- If a customer refuses help or guidance from the TrackMyFone Customer Support to troubleshoot any issues they have, then a 60% refund on their original purchase shall be processed.
- If a customer is unable to access the monitored device, or has another unresolvable issue, then a 50% refund on their original purchase shall be processed.
- If the monitored device is replaced or stolen, or if the customer does not have access to it anymore due to any other reason, then a 50% refund on their original purchase shall be processed.
- If the monitored phone has been reset to its original factory settings, and the software is no longer installed to it, then a 50% refund on their original purchase shall be processed.
- If the customer wants a refund due to any other general dissatisfactions/issues with TrackMyFone, then a 50% refund on their original purchase shall be processed.
- In the presence of any Antivirus/Anti-spyware, if customer is not willing or not able to remove them from target phone, a refund of 50% amount of their purchase will be processed.
- TrackMyFone isn’t compatible on iOS devices with two-step verification or Two-Factor authentication activated; in which case, TrackMyFone users hold the right to a partial refund of 50% on their subscriptions.
